Attorney Paul N. Gilbert is married with three children. He was elected to serve on the Parsippany-Troy Hills Board of Education for two terms ( 6 years total ). He also coached various youth sports teams for over 10 years ( Little League Baseball, Parsippany Soccer Club, PAL Basketball ). He lectured extensively before various community and professional organizations on issues arising under the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Laws and New Jersey Adoption Law.

Attorney Paul N. Gilbert has managed and operated his own law office since 1982, concentrating his practice in the areas of U.S. immigration and nationality law, and New Jersey adoption law. Previously, he was a General Attorney with the Agency formerly known as the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service in the Newark, New Jersey District Office for over 5 years. With over 30 years of direct and personal experience in handling cases involving all aspects of immigration and nationality law, Mr. Gilbert is uniquely positioned to offer assistance to individuals and businesses in need of legal representation in their dealings with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”), the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”), the Department of Labor, the Immigration Courts, Asylum Offices, and Consular Offices.
