Paul N. Gilbert has managed and operated his own law office since 1982, concentrating his practice in the areas of U.S. immigration and nationality law, and New Jersey adoption law. Previously, he was a General Attorney with the Agency formerly known as the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service in the Newark, New Jersey District Office for over 5 years. With over 30 years of direct and personal experience in handling cases involving all aspects of immigration and nationality law, Mr. Gilbert is uniquely positioned to offer assistance to individuals and businesses in need of legal representation in their dealings with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”), the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”), the Department of Labor, the Immigration Courts, Asylum Offices, and Consular Offices.
Mr. Gilbert also represents adoptive parents seeking to finalize adoptions throughout the State of New Jersey, involving both domestic and international placements.
Mr. Gilbert is available for personal consultations in his office in Parsippany, NJ, with convenient access to a number of major highways, and also welcomes inquiries via e-mail.

This location is easily accessible from several major highways, including Routes 80, 78, 24, 287, 46 and 10, and provides convenient access to the various offices of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) in New Jersey, as well as to ten state courthouses. Due to the Federal nature of immigration and nationality law, Mr. Gilbert is able to offer his services and experience in these fields to clients throughout the United States.

Our office, located on the third floor of the Waterview Plaza building, is on the eastbound side of Route 46.

Exit 41A (go toward Rt. 46/80) – follow signs for Rt.
46 (right leg of exit)

At next light make another LEFT onto Littleton Road

Make next Right onto Littleton Road Extension

FROM RT. 287 SOUTHBOUND:

Take Exit 42 to Rt. 202/46 (near Embassy Suites)
·
Turn LEFT on Rt. 202, then LEFT on Rt. 46 East at large
intersection.
·
You will go under Rt. 287 overpass.
·
Entrance to Waterview Plaza immediately on right just
after overpass.
FROM RT. 80 EASTBOUND:

Exit 42 (for Morris Plains/Parsippany)
·
Follow signs for Rt. 202 North.
·
Proceed STRAIGHT at light on Littleton Road
·
Go under Rt. 287 overpass – make next LEFT onto
